Hello, I have a flat built around 100 years ago that needs an updated kitchen. Would require new flooring, cabinets, counters, and minor structural updates (potentially closing one door, opening another to a washroom area), but this would depend on suggested design. There is also a pantry area that could be updated, as well as a closet connected to the kitchen that houses a water heater. Need ideas on potential suggested designs and cost estimates. hello, have a formica counter about 20 sq ft. would like to know how much it would be to have new formica made (need sink cut out), as well as the price for granite. thanks
